1)  I really don't understand why everyone gets all worried about this.  It is much easier than trying to cut/scrape/sand/weigh etc tablets.  Your doses will be far more reliably uniform, and your doses will be far more precise. 

 

2)  To divide your doses, extract the full day's dose and discharge it into a measuring cup.  Top up the level with more water (or juice, etc) to make 1 full cup.  Then just drink 1/3 cup for each dose.
