Desperate I screwed up Taper can't figure the right dose- please help.

Hi, hope a smart taper converter is around.  Already messed this up twice... have felt totally panicked.  Is answer up by .16 valium by weight??  SIGH.

 

Here is situation:

 

 

My goal was to reduce clon and get to all valium.. so wanted halve clon and add equivalent valium.

I was on .016g (by weight) of clon (weighing .167 g, .5 mg pill), so cut to .008 and meant to up valium. Think I did it wrong. If valium was .064g of 10 mg pill weighing .162g, what should I have upped it to by weight? Think I screwed up and left it the same as it was! Suddenly felt so panicky couuld not function at all.  Please if you know I'd appreciate your wisdom on this.

It is incredible that .008 of a klonopin .5 would effect me like that, 5 days later.  I mean we are talking a crumb!
