Hi Ashlandana.

You are fortunate to have supportive family to turn to during these rough times.  It may not feel that way now since you've left your home city.  Tapering off valium is the kind of thing where every bit of support helps.  I don't know what I would have done if not for my wife being there for me.  When will you get the liquid valium?  I used liquid the last 2mg of my taper. I did the cut and hold which was rough.  Mtmimi titrated and is almost done with her taper now.  It seems like it might be a little easier to take it nice and slow.  Well, at least you seem to have access to a cooperative doctor, not always the case for some.  I was lucky in that regard too.
