I think this is really true. It's hard to do, but it's true.

That's why being forced to get up, get dressed, and get out - because you have to work, for example

- as painful as it is, actually helps a lot.

I think it gives you a purpose, I think it would be harder to be at home and focused on how badly you feel, but at work, you have to focus on

the job, and I think you realize that you can do anything to Survive.

You're absolutely right begood! Work was at first a very daunting experience, I was so frightened to go back, but I soon found how therapeutic  it was. And also how difficult the benzos had made so many aspects of my life, work included. Thanks again for the post
