I meant to check in over the weekend but I wasn't up for it

 

The valium should basically all be out of my system. I have been in bad distress for around three weeks and I think it has peaked. Every system in my body is symptomatic, a list too long to list. But the most distressing symptom now is a bizarre sense that I am being shot out of a rocket accelerating into space. The opposite of the sensation of falling. Its been bad for around a week. And the head pressure is unbelievable.

 

I have gi symptoms, twitching, visual problems, incredible derealization, bladder numbness and walking disturbances. Not much pain though and no terrors.

 

Horrible as this is I will survive it and NO MORE BENZOS EVER. Sometimes it helps putting the pills in some one elses hands
