Trying to get off tamazepam 30 mg

Hi,

 

I've been taking tamazepam 30 mg for 1.5 years and I'm ready to get it out of my life!

 

I take 1 30 mg capsule every night.

 

I don't have a cylinder but can I just use a measuring cup?

 

I also have been taking prozac 10 mg for about 1 month and would like to stop taking it as well eventually, and be medication-free.

The measuring cup should be fine as long as it has enough increments on it.
