[va...] Posted July 22, 2011 Share Posted July 22, 2011 A man named Ove Carlson went through benzowithdrawal won his case in Sweden and was paid by the pharmeceutical company's insurance. The fight took 15 years to prove however. And, since it didn't go through a court of law, no charges were laid against the Pharmeceutical company. You can google his book, unfortunately it's all in Swedish. At least a few countries are further ahead than we are. That said, since it says side effects are unavoidable, it puts it in a different light. As a compliment PHARMECEUTICAL INSURANCE was started in 1978 as a voluntary undertaking of companies marketing pharmeceutical drugs in Sweden. It's premiums are paid by the companies. It reimburses patients who have suffered rare and significant side effects, or severe variants of common side effects. The decision if a claim is to be reimbursed is without legal proceedings.
