Need help

I’m at 16 months and the fear and constant thoughts have never been this bad.  I can’t escape one thought.  Has anyone ever experienced this so far for so long???? Please give me any bit of information i can use. I need some help.

Hi @[Go...]  - I'm sorry you're suffering like this. The timeline for healing varies a lot from one person to another.  We often see members in the thick of tough withdrawal symptoms at 16 months.  

Is this a recent uptick in symptoms?  Sometimes an increase in stress (of all kinds) can cause symptoms to intensify.  Do you think this might be the case for you?
