Should I speed up my taper

Hello friends, 

 

I’ve been tappering off Valium for the past 6 month. I started with 20mg and tapered to 10mg over a period of 6 month. I’ve recently noticed that whenever I take the meds(poison) I feel sicker. I start getting severe headaches. Skin dryness, eye dryness and so many other symptoms. I feel so much worse once I take it. I was wondering should I speed up my taper? Is this paradoxical reaction. I feel so much better when it wears off.

Can you please update your history to explain your reductions (dates and reductions) and also include how many times a day you're dosing? You can look at my history as an example.
