BB 101: Beginner's Guide

Hi all,

You might notice that we have added a new page, 'BB 101' to the main menu. It is intended to provide newer members with some basic information about BB systems. You will note that it links to another page, BB 101: Advanced Guide (page under construction).

Please let us know of anything you would like to see added to the Beginner's Guide (or any corrections), or suggestions for what you think should be included in the Advanced Guide.

We are also updating our benzodiazepine informational pages. This content is very old, and in desperate need of a total update. This is coming too. Again, suggestions for this are very welcome too.

I saw that you liked my post. I wonder, as a new member, what do you like about BB as a whole, and the BB 101 Beginner's Guide page? And, conversely, what do you think needs improvement with BB and the Guide?

Any comments or suggestions will be very welcome.
