Bioresonance & Biophotomodulation

My daughter is in on the autism spectrum, found a practitioner who believes that most autism and adhd symptoms are due to heavy metals and nutritional deficiencies and he also said that her nervous system is dysregualted and he mentioned that using Bioresonance and Biophotomudulation technology can help regulate and heal her nervous system irregulatjon .

I told him about BIND and he thinks it will benefit me personally aswell 

Socheck machine showed that I and my daughter have heavy metal intoxifications and need to detox . I'm not sure my body can handle any detoxing now as any minor changes spike up symptoms 

Anyone has or knows anything about these technologies ?
