I lose the ability to sneeze for weeks and feel spacey the whole time

after 2 years off benzos, I began to lose my sneeze for 3 weeks at a time and in that time frame I'd feel kinda wonky and would feel weird head pressure until it returned, has anyone experienced anything similar? I don't know if the two are connected, just a weird feeling, hoping it's not something serious

no I've been sneezing normally while on them, at 2 years off, I began to notice I felt super spacey for several weeks once I stopped sneezing, then the sneeze would come back after 3 weeks or so and the head pressure and wonky feeling would go away, it's been happening off and on for 3 months, just weird feeling head pressure sensations all day for 3 weeks straight when im not sneezing, then once the sneeze comes back i feel more normal in my brain, just scary

I haven't noticed that exact symptoms yet. But with my headache/pressure sinus, ears/dizzy and neck I could definitely believe it's the benzos damage.
