5.5 years since I started taper - still have horrible insomnia

Yeah, i had never thought about the vitamin D levels causing this in the fall and winter. I do take vitamin D yearly but I prob dont take enough. 

It seems my insomnia starts getting worse in the later summer months and gradually gets worse until about jan 

Maybe i might need to take more vit D in the fall and winter
