Do histamine issues go away?

Hi. Ive devoloped crazy histamine issues since coming off benzos.

Specific foods trigger my heart racing and nose becomes blocked. Its crazy.

Does it ever go away? I never had this issue pre benzos.

Seems to go away for most if not preexisting but from what I've read it can take a long time for some.....many many years, others not so long. No way to tell what will happen for who.
