This is My Summer Girl!

I raised her from a 6 month old filly.

She was 3 yrs old here.

My little neighbor was an experienced rider and asked if she could take her to an event called cross country eventing! I said sure, don't know what that is but sure, she's bored!

So on we went to several events and i was such a proud mama to see my girl at these shows!

She placed 1st in her 2nd event and several thereafter. 

I miss her dearly!

she loved eventing with our little neighbor and took 1st place at almost every show!

When we moved out of state, I was ill to care for her and Had to find her a new home! 

I'm sure she's in heaven now!

Shamrock, I'm so sorry to hear you had to give your Arabian away. It's so difficult to part with such wonderful animals and friends. I know summer was or Is happy, she loved to be busy, loved other horses and had to have grazing grass. She had tummy issues and couldn't tolerate alfalfa anymore due to a calcium ball in her gut. I think stress from all the eventing and being separated from me was too much on her. She had to stay overnight with the trainer, the rider and went to 3 different homes before I gave her up and it seemed to stress her out. 

We were like mother and daughter lol, if she didn't see me, she was having a fit, she was so spoiled! My fault!

She tried to follow me in our house, up the stairs on the deck on her way to the sliding door. I just knew she was going thru the deck,she was almost 16h high and muscle and fat! It would have been a disaster! But it was cute!

I know you miss him, sounds like he's a happy boy!

We were blessed to have them for a while anyway!

I hope you'll add some pictures.

Yes we have to appreciate the time we have with our🐴😍

Animals, especially horses are so sensitive, lovely beings. It is easy to fall in love with them 🥰

I am lucky I still have my pony.

So beautiful! He looks so much like our daughters Arab, it's amazing how much she looks like him. They dont have her anymore either!
