How did your walk with God heal your mind and spirit??? I know my spirit got brutalized thru this experience. I just wanted to touch base with a fellow Christian to if our experiences are similar in any way.....

Welcome to Benzo Buddies! A challenging withdrawal can tax all areas of our lives and people find many different ways to cope and persevere.

Benzo Buddies is a secular forum. This is done to provide respect to everyone, from those who adhere to a religion and those who do not.

On the old Benzo Buddies forum, you are on the new and improved version, we did have a Faith Based  board. Unfortunately, there was a plethora of problems and conflicts. It was decided to omit that board when the changeover occurred.

I’m going to lock this thread but I invite you to post elsewhere on the forum. There is incredible support here from our kind and caring members.
