Peoples experience with SSRIs, getting off

I am trying to move from zoloft to another ssri but I fear my doctor wants me to move too quickly. Initially she suggested a week and after telling her of my intense sensitivity made it 2 months. It's for ocd. 25 mg of zoloft isn't doing much, at least from what I can tell and I want something more pointed for it. Do people have experience with withdrawing from something like this and what it's like?

Perhaps you can ask at the "Surviving Antidepressants" forum, they have a lot of experience on ssri and changes in medications, also combined with benzos.
