I fill my head with so much music just to push the negative thoughts away - just to pick up my mood or to comfort me when I feel like crying. I use music to exercise walk - to write poetry - to feel hopeful and strong, encouraging myself that I can survive this. I bought myself a keyboard, a drum, a flute and now a guitar.
