Are NADH IV/injections really that good to help with an almost symptom free withdrawal?

I saw cases here while on the old layout of easy taperings using NADH and I wonder if you guys tried.

There are even clinics adopting this for detox.

NADH is a coenzyme from vitamin B3 (someone correct me if I am wrong as I am a layman with those stuff) associated with mitochondrial health. There are some clinics using it for detox, there are some reports in the old board about helping to mitigate withdrawal symptoms.
