Has anyone tried doing this? Ive heard it can get ppl off their meds and really help.

Hi, A few people have had good success with microdosing. I tried it and seemed to help at 1st, but then started giving me anxiety. There was actually a post made recently over in the Alt therapies group. 

And theres a fairly large thread about it here
