Flu Shot

Hi!

Anyone who had flu shot while taking ambien and mirtazapine?

Any adverse effect?

@[La...] I got the flu shot the 2 years I took Klonopin and Ambien and last year in 2022 when I took Xanax and Ambien. I also got a tetanus shot in 2022. I had no side effects from either vaccine. This year I am concerned what may happen since I am having rough withdrawal from Xanax and Ambien.

BTW, each flu shot was the Sanofi Pasteur brand and I always get my shot between late October and early November..

@[La...], I literally got my flu shot the last day I tapered from Ambien (6-day taper from 6.25 Ambien CR). I had no ill effects from getting my flu shot. Just minor soreness and some anxiety over the shot. I hope you get yours!

@[La...] I got my flu shot last week and although I don't take mirtazapine, I do take Ambien occasionally, and other than a sore arm, didn't really notice any adverse reactions.
