low dose crossover

currently tapering Ativan and dosing 4x per day for a grand total of 0.16 mg.

 

I am at a low dose but struggling badly. Could I do 3 0.05 mg ativan doses and one valuim dose at 0.5? Then after a week do half ativan and half valium?

 

I need to get to the finish line but afraid I wont make it.

I commented on a post of yours recently regarding your taper rate/interval increasing (and cuts most likely piling up on you) leading to destabilization.  I would recommend holding for at least a month before considering doing anything.

 

I doubt substituting benzodiazepines is an easy process for most, but especially those of us that have already been injured or severely destabilized.  Hopefully another member with substitution experience will chime in regarding that matter.

 

I can relate to being highly destabilized however and ended up holding for 3.5 months.  Hopefully a hold can help you gain a little more stability before making any further decisions.
