Am I not normal

There is nothing normal about this W/D.  It is fears that no one else has, and the inability to function (ride in cars, talk to people, be calm).  Is there any support groups for mentally ill people you know of.  I need more help than just the benzo W/D.

I believe finding a support group or therapist is a very good idea, your ruminating thoughts would benefit from some distraction and speaking about them to someone in your real life would be helpful.
