Phantom smells and health anxiety-K taper

Well, discovered a very odd new symptom. I’ve been getting phantom smells on and off. It’s nothing crazy but I will randomly notice smelling things that aren’t there. My anxiety all started with health anxiety and me thinking I had a brain tumor because I was dizzy and couldn’t stop panic attacks. I got a brain mri and saw a million doctors and did a million blood tests and I was obviously clean. Nevertheless, this new withdrawal symptom has me spiraling a bit. I was glad to see some other people on benzo buddies experienced the same thing. But would be happy to hear others with similar experiences.
