I take one or two Tylenol pm at bedtime.

 

Am on the verge of starting a liquid micro taper from 5 mg of Valium.

 

Does Tylenol PM exacerbate WD? 

 

Was on Valium for insomnia, and I really on the Tylenol PM to get me to sleep, only now wondering if there are other side effects.
