Drank grapefruit juice

I drank no more than 4 ounces of grapefruit juice.  I’m at .03mg in PM and .05mg of K in AM.  I got lightheaded and sick to my stomach.  I’ve been sweating all night.  I had no idea that benzos were a drug grapefruit interfered with.  I’m so upset.  My question is should I not take my next dose bc my blood levels are increased?  I was doing so well.  I hope this doesn’t cause major issues for me.  Anyone else experience this?
