Headache - is it possible to take ibuprofen or paracetamol?

is it possible to use some painkillers for headache? Or does it mess with benzos?

It’s only my own personal experience, but, I’ve used paracetamol numerous times without incident.

 

I haven’t read any warnings about these medications, certainly not paracetamol.

 

Also, it may be worth noting that paracetamol is gentler on the digestive tract than ibuprofen.
