Pulled rib muscles 3 times in 9 months unbelievable!!!

I have pulled my rib muscles in the front back and side three different occasions in the last nine months anyone else experience any of this also, right eye pain is back hurts very much I’m a few days, shy of having nine months cold turkey off of Xanax been a rough road but hanging in there wishing everyone a good recovery we can do it together

When you say you pulled your rib muscles, did this happen without exertion, as a result of your symptoms? 

 

I can see you’re still dealing with a lot of symptoms, that’s normal unfortunately.

Was exerting myself each time, but never had this problem until cold turkey. I have heard that benzodiazepines can weaken your muscles and stores in your muscles and bones. Have you found that to be the case thanks.

I’m grateful there was a reason for your pulled rib muscles, it would be scary if that happened without.  I’ve never experienced problems with my muscles or bones due to withdrawal or recovery.
