I will be 12 months off on May 10. I started propranolol right after my taper to deal with akathisia. I haven’t had akathisia (knock on wood) since I have been on the propranolol. My other main symptoms are insomnia, tinnitus, GI issues, inner vibrations…..they all come and go……vary in intensity. I’m thinking about trying to taper the propranolol. Anyone have experience taking propranolol during withdrawal? Tapering?
