Hubby of someone suffering from a setback after being symptom-free 3.5 years

Hi, my wife CT off from benzos 6 years ago, and took almost 3 years to become completely symptom-free. For the next 3.5 years she was symptom -free, and was able to exercise, eat anything she wanted, with the only exception being alcohol. She never tried touching it for fear of triggering the symptoms. In Dec 2021, after a COVID booster jab, she started developing symptoms again, and has been suffering ever since.
