Oxytocin and gaba

I’m 13 months off V and I’m 21 weeks pregnant. I currently have gestational diabetes which means I will need to be induced - they will give me oxytocin or a synthetic version of it to bring on labour. I have read that oxytocin interacts with gaba levels so I’m really nervous that I’ll have a bad reaction to the oxytocin. Does anyone know much about oxytocin during benzo WD?

I'm sorry to hear about the gestational diabetes, but congratulations your pregnancy.  How are you feeling symptom wise, have you fully recovered?

 

I found a couple of posts that mention oxytocin because I've not heard of it but from what I see, its a good thing.
