It’s good to have you here.  When did you start your taper?  Tapering slow is the way to go with benzodiazepines.  You will get plenty of support here.  Withdrawal from benzos can feel a little easier with support and encouragement, coming from others who know what you’re going through.  Browse the boards, and post questions for our members to respond.

 

It’s generally recommended to reduce your daily dose by somewhere between 5% and 10% every 10 - 14 days.  You can taper much slower than this, listen to your body, taper at a rate that feels comfortable.

 

I would  suggest you check out The Ashton Manual, I found It to be  a great resource for understanding the effect benzodiazepines have on our body.
