Mouth/tongue issues

Can anyone else relate to mouth/tongue issues? I swear my tongue is so sensitive with everything I eat. I was sucking on jolly ranchers/other candy (quit vaping) and it seems that every time I do, I get sores on my tongue..especially the front. Doesn't help that some of them rub against my back teeth and make everything so painful.

 

Feels like this was only really happening on benzos/now that I've been off for almost 11 months. My tongue has been so sensitive and it's so annoying.
