Pins and needles

I know parasthesia is common but anyone else have that feeling like when you lie on your arm and it falls asleep and is just waking up?  I have this almost everywhere and it’s freaking me out. A combination of intense pins and needles and numbness all at the same time. Ty

When you lay on your arm your cutting the blood flow to it. Maybe try sleeping on your back?

How are you doing these day DA?  Your username caught my eye because, I love to dance, but for over 23 years now, I haven't had a loving husband to dance with.
