Vit B1....

I use Vit B1 currently while tapering from Azor (Xanax) with Valium which helps with anxiety, interdose withdrawals, sleep, etc etc.

 

I have not experienced any side effects in three weeks (1 x 500mg cap 3 to 4 times a day)

 

Advice given to me by herbalist was that I can take up to 4 x 500mg tabs before bed but have not gone there yet Insomnia still a problem!!!

 

Google it, very interesting vitamin for buddies in my opinion...

I find the longer I use them the better they work... There is unfortunately no real cure otherwise none of us would be on this site but I think every little bit helps

 

You should also try brainwave entrainment, this is very effective, I have been using it for yera s for evrything from meditation to sleep.
