19 months free [BROMAZEPAM / CLONAZEPAM / ALPRAZOLAM]

Today I start month 19

 

I want to tell you that I noticed many better ones. I'm less anxious, my skin is a little, a little pinker, I'm sleeping several days between 4 or 5 hours in a row. I'm not recovered, but I'm improving,

I drank a lot of coffee for almost 2 weeks because I was studying for the university.

Coffee does stimulate me, it's hard for me to go to sleep but when I sleep, I sleep for 4 or 5 hours, which is great. I did not have watery diarrhea.

 

I feel good, but not recovered. apparently there is good news for 18-24 months.

Glad you made it, you are healing. Good news form me that 18-24 it's better, I am nearly 19 month off.
