November 1st will be 3 years benzo free

 

Account for the highs and lows, the rougher patches and the better patches, I'd say I'm about 35% healed.

 

Still have a tremendous difficulty focusing, random pains, sleeping trouble, irritability, inability to tolerate stress,  etc. But all told 35% better

Last 3 years were hell
