This is great to hear 👍. It gives hope to the rest of us who are still trying to free ourselves from benzodiazepines. Some ppl even find that they are free of panic attacks and GAD after going through benzo detox, while others can learn how to cope with the condition they started taking benzos for w/o being dependent on a benzo. This can be very hard and painful to go through, but can also be very empowering once you start to feel better w/o the drug. Most of us are semi-sick on the drug anyway due to tolerance. That is why we are trying to get off the drug.
