[...]
I wish you the best. Remember you will have withdrawal symptoms. That's just part of the process. The trick is to taper so that the withdraw symptoms are tolerable.

[Co...]
I hope my symptoms don't get extremely bad again. I still have insomnia, really bad tinnitus, anxiety and trouble reading and writing, etc. Will the symptoms get really bad again? I have a family reunion first week of July and am really hoping it doesn't mess this it up. I'm so tired if this withdrawal since last Oct. [...]
Everyone is different. When my withdrawal chest pain got real bad, the doctor gave me Buspar which took the edge off and I could continue my taper after a few weeks on Buspar. I later stopped the Buspar with no problem. [Co...]
So far so good. I didn't even take hydroxyzine last night and only had about an hour at 2 a.m. of sleeplessness. I guess the 4th day I'll know...that's usually when it kicks in after a cut.
