I wish you the best. Remember you will have withdrawal symptoms. That's just part of the process. The trick is to taper so that the withdraw symptoms are tolerable.

I hope my symptoms don't get extremely bad again. I still have insomnia, really bad tinnitus, anxiety and trouble reading and writing, etc. Will the symptoms get really bad again? I have a family reunion first week of July and am really hoping it doesn't mess this it up. I'm so tired if this withdrawal since last Oct.

Everyone is different.  When my withdrawal chest pain got real bad, the doctor gave me Buspar which took the edge off and I could continue my taper after a few weeks on Buspar.  I later stopped the Buspar with no problem.

So far so good. I didn't even take hydroxyzine last night and only had about an hour at 2 a.m. of sleeplessness. I guess the 4th day I'll know...that's usually when it kicks in after a cut.
