I posted this on my blog as well. 

 

I have to say I straight out disagree with what this doctor says about dependency.  And rehab!   Not the way to go!  Somehow the public needs to be educated about the safe way to get off this poison.  If only we could get on Oprah!

There was a really good one on Geraldo on Fox news a few weeks ago. It told it like it is regarding benzo and Z drug addiction.

So the info is getting out there. Slowly.

It wasn’t the best story and I wonder how exactly a person gets off Ambien in rehab. Still it put the word out there that Ambien can be dangerous. Many viewers may have experienced the same symptoms and seek out more information. Maybe even here.
