Fatigue

When will the fatigue ever end? I have reinstated after 4 months of torture off of my cold turkey off clonezepam.  The fatigue never lifted once during those 4 months and now that i have reinstated on 10mg of valium, I'm sleeping better but I still have no energy at all like a zombie.  I have been reinstated for 3 1/2 weeks now and still the shaking and fatigue remain, some mild diariah during the day.  Does anyone have any advice?  I can barely keep my eyes open.

I guess you could be on too much Valium.  Are you planning on tapering off the Valium?

Yes, I want to plan on tapering off of it. It's puts me right to sleep but I wake up with muscle pain and am solo exhausted!!!
