Second cut, sleep issues again =/

Made my second cut another 2.5 mg. Started at 25mg valium for a month. cut 2.5mg for 1 1/2 weeks.

 

made the last cut about 4 days ago. Getting jolts in my body...body parts are jumping around almost like seizures i noticed when I was waking up this morning. Cant sleep for more than a few hours at a time.

 

How long does it take holding at this does for my body to restabilize?

 

This happened for one night on my last cut, but this is the second night and ALOT worse than before.

It varies, but in my case it takes 3-5 days for a cut to make itself evident...then stabilization might start after that period.

jerks, I started getting these around week 11 and still have them at week 15 off.
