Help tapering Clonazepam 1mg. - Confused and scared.

I"m doing the same taper as you but from 2 mg...did 1.75 x 3 weeks, some waves, but not bad.  NOw just started 1.625 last night and will stay on as long as i need to . Next down will be 1.5 mg...

 

So far, since i've been in tolerance for basically 10 years, without any increase in my dose, and thinking all my symptoms were other things..i'm used to feelign crappy every day...nothing new for me!

 

I hope this taper works for both of us...I'm thinking it will work great for me

Hi

 

As i said above, yesterday was my second full day after 1.625 the night before of clonazapam..it was an awful day..worst I have felt..headache, sweaty, diarrhea, muscle aches, palps etc..

 

today, 3rd day after last night 1.625 mg for 3rd night, and today i feel much better...no perfect..but less headache and everything else feels ok..able to function just fine...hope it continues.
