DAY 80 CT "BENZO BELLY" NEED REASSURANCE?

well i made 100 days,today.

and had 2 good days running,

im not holding my breath but any window is a result.

i know that i will ride it out now , never back to the valium seller,

im paying for my mistakes, just hope its mths not years..

mistake 1- taking afew pills from a pal to get a (better sleep)

2- starting to get more to take 1 everynight more or less to get a great sleep.

3-believing they were proper pills, ( new police/university report says after random testing of various 10mg blue valium/diazipam, average dose was 8--25mg, and some may contain ...etizolam,!! they have flooded uk. so what was i taking for 18mths?

4- going c.t with no understanding or research, what it would do to me.

 

but you know what---today im going to smile that i made 100 days.whatever tomorrow mite bring..
