Has anyone else found mirtazapine just does not work for sleep.  I tried it last night at 7.5mg and no help at all.  I will have to go back to Seroquel.  I am beside myself with exhaustion and sleep deprivation but just cannot switch my brain off.

It didn't work for me either.  Then again nothing really did for more than a night or 2.  Have you ever determined the cause of your insomnia prior to or after Benzos?
