I was on 1-2 mg /day based on anxiety and panic. I tapered over 3 months, turned out very bad. I'm currently trying to stabilize at 2 mg, but it doesn't seem like enough. Does anyone have experience in having to increase the initial dose to stabilize? I would like to get off this crap but increasing the dose would prolong the long taper I have planned. Seems like I've made a step backwards. Ugh!
