Honestly this doc scared me so much and gave me so much anxiety. Especially the random videos of the people who were shaking uncontrollably and couldn't stop moving. This is my worst nightmare. I feel like the doc only went into the most scary, gruesome side of benzos without offering any solutions or hope for people who are currently taking them, or want to stop.
