Yes.  And this is why I'm such a tough case.

I am just queen of insomnia and circadian rhythm disorder and this was all pre-benzo.  Could have to do with trauma or auto immune, but since I could not take other drugs that is why on benzos.... forever.

 

And without sleep really can't heal-- think my dr. is correct on that one.  Such a dilemma.  Feel that nonsleep robbed me of much of my life, then when mirtaz set off the benzo reaction (well or maybe is till mirtazapine?  I don't know)... that was it for me.
