[Re...] Posted June 3, 2018 Author Share Posted June 3, 2018 44 days off, and started to feel better around day 35, I would like to share what I'm doing, to see if it helps anyone. I'm eating pretty clean, I blend kale,spinach, cucumber, carrots, green apple, and garlic, celery, I eat a cup a day, (I dont juice it,I eat everything blended) I'm able to work out now, sixth day, 100 push ups a day, 100 air squats a day. I do this before eating. (Former d1 athlete,soccer coach) Breakfast, two over easy eggs, two bacon strips, avocado. And 1 toast. Lunch, either fish, salmon, talapia (wild caught), lean meat, steak, chicken etc. With my blended vegatables. Dinner is the same. Showers, in the morning I started taking cold showers. It helps me with a lot of my symptoms for some reason. Check out Wim hof method. Supplements Magnesium glycinate (may rev up some ppls symptoms) L tryptophan twice a week Recently tried 1 to 1 ration cbd and thc vape pen. For sleep and restlessness it worked for me. I'm always eating snacks, bananas, pbj sandwiches it helps with symptoms for me. I feel that I'm around 90 percent, and this 10 percent left, I have to put in my part and effort to keep recovering.
