What percentage have you recovered?

Just for the sake of an update:

 

Down to 20% to 30%. Normal, as I've read to go down.

I have read a few stories that people think they are 95%-100 and then they get even better.  Its like they forgot what "normal" is.  Has anyone experienced this?

 

I wonder if they think they are at 100% just because most symptoms have gone away but then their mood goes up significantly several months later.  Just curious on others experience!

Almost 17 months, On good days  feeling 85%. On wave days, maybe 65-70%. Still suffering chest pressure, head pressure and some anxiety/ adrenaline feelings daily. Other minor symptoms still persist. Other people around me tell me I’m much better. Still having many bad days .

Before reinstating, I was off Klonopin for 10 months and I was 0% recovered. I didn't have one window. When you take benzodiazepines recreationally like I used to, you don't heal.
